Our New Year’s Eve Dinner & Dance invites you to savour the final evening of 2025, with an aperitif on arrival, followed by a delicious 3 course dinner.
Whether you’re toasting with friends or sharing a special evening with someone close, expect seasonal flavours, relaxed luxury, and a midnight celebration to remember.

Enjoy a night of indulgence with our specially crafted New Year’s Eve menu.
Begin with elegant canapés and a sparkling aperitif, then choose from mains like corn-fed chicken with cranberry sausage meat, honey roast lamb shank with garlic mash, or grilled Scottish salmon in a velvety Vermouth cream sauce. For a vegetarian main, tuck into oven-roasted stuffed goats cheese with spinach, red onion marmalade and rissole potatoes.
For dessert, pick from chocolate chip cheesecake with Kahlúa sauce, apple and mincemeat crumble, or duo of ice cream in a brandy snap basket. And as the clock strikes twelve, raise a glass of bubbly to welcome the new year in style.
