Well-restored and maintained historic house dating back to the 1500's, in a few acres of gardens with plenty of country walks from the hotel. Really comfortable and attractive lounge and restaurant with a forest full of exposed beams, good food and local ales.

Gorgeous overnight stay with husband.

My husband and I have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel when we were attending an event in the local area. The main bar and restaurant area is warm and inviting with lovely sofas, reading chairs and a roaring open fire. The room was absolutely beautiful, lovely quality toiletries and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely, quality ingredients and lots of choice. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
